We are currently looking for a Account Managers to join our fast growing and dynamic team.

The Account Manager will have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment, taking initiative on delivering a comprehensive service provision to clients to achieve customer and operational excellence.
The chosen candidate will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for relationship managing a portfolio, delivering customer service excellence, and growing customer share of wallet.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for a portfolio of clients, from post-onboarding and throughout their lifecycle, strategically delivering the service package that aligns with customer type and value;
● Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
● Develop relationships and drive business outcomes towards delivery of goals;
● Grow share of wallet;
● Identify and escalate potential risks associated with Client activities and record all Client interactions (e.g. calls, meetings, issues, proactive communications);
● Enhancing users’ experience of the platform, helping them get the best from the product and user journey;
● Develop trusted relationships with clients and act as the key account manager for large relationships;
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understand clients; needs and objectives, and ensure the company’s services align with them;
● Representing the Institution at events and conferences;
● Maintaining consistent contact with new and existing customers, presenting proposals and ensuring client satisfaction;
● Working closely with Operations function to ensure exceptional customer service;
● Working closely with the Risk and Compliance Functions in the identification, measurement and mitigation of risks, including but not limited to operational risks;
● Other role related tasks as may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
● Minimum of three years’ experience working in a client facing role in the financial services industry;
● A Higher Education Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable;
● Dedicated to building relationships, holds a natural sales flair, strong people skills and approachable personality;
● Proficiency in English is essential, additional language skills are a plus;
● A solid and In-depth understanding of the iGaming market will be considered to be an asset;
● Highly motivated and self-driven, with excellent social and communication skills;
● Skilled in managing challenging clients and handling high-pressure situations;
● Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
● Commercially savvy with strong analytical and numerical expertise;
● Strong execution mindset focused on the effective achievement of business goals with the ability to dive into details and collaborate across teams;
● Flexible to travel according to business needs.
